Last week I lost 9 pounds. I went outside and ran. I thought that wasn't enough. I know the thing most people do that takes up a lot of time is watch TV. So when my favorites shows are on, I run in place. I am so focused on the show, I forget I am running. Weekdays are my days off from daily exercises. On Friday I was not active. Friday for dinner I ate or dinner- cheese sticks, a burger, and french fries. Saturady, I was not active. For dinner, I ate a burger and pizza. Today I found out I lost 2 pounds. I know for sure it was not water weight. Did I still lose weight, becuase of my metaboliam getting faster?

YES! YES! The more carido you do the higher you raise your Metabolism. The more often you eat also raises it. The less you weigh, all these things are contributing factors. Make sure that when you run, walk or do any exercise you have energy foods stored in your body. Afterwards eat protein to help maintain your mussel. remember though mussel weighs more than fat the proof is in your size dropping, not your pounds.

Exercise speeds up the metabolism. 9lb is a large amount to lose in a week. 2ib is more like it.

It sounds to me like you eat too much junk food, though. Pizza, burgers and fries are full of the wrong kinds of fat. Try a nice green salad or some lightly steamed vegetables.

Yes, it's possible because of your metabolism, once you start excerizing then your metabolism will eventually slow down. Not only that but you will feel more energy in your body as well.
