What is your point? You have a crush on the liquor store girl so you think looking like a soldier is gonna help you get laid? How many stripes did you sew on it? Lots of medals from campaigns you were in ( of your own imagination)? If you were a real soldier you would know the answer to the question. Geez, get a life.

The military in the past has frowned on people conducting any business in BDUs or other such related work uniforms while off-base. In recent years it has not really been an issue however.

on base.. any uniform is permissable. Off base, no working uniforms(BDU, Fatigues).
