Blue is a primary color any color will go with it. If your room is small and you want it to look larger then do not use too many dark colors. Lighten up the room with lighter shades of blue or even white. If the room is a good size already and this is not a problem, I would throw a couple red, black or even green pillows on my bed. Go around your house and see what other colors are prominent in other rooms, maybe find a blanket or rug that matches these colors to kind of tie the rest of the house in with this room.

RE:
What colors go with blue?
I might apint the walls of my room blue, not like a light blue or a navy blue, just...blue. What kinds of colors go with blue? Like what colors should I put on my bed and stuff?

It depends on the style you like or the theme you are going for. If you like clean and simple, blue and white with accents of yellow will look good and have a Scandinavian look. Blue with peach have a classic, French style look and can be very feminine. Blue walls with accents of pink, yellow, blue and green ( as in a patchwork quilt ) has a country look and can be as simple or as involved as you choose. My room has blue walls and a large blue, peach and green area rug with blue and peach tiny flower print curtains and table covers on the 2 round bedside tables. On the antique brass bed I have a Grandmother's flower garden patchwork quilt in blue, peach, yellow and green and a white eyelet lace dust ruffle. It is a feminine room but not too girly. The quilt was my inspiration piece so you might want to start with a bedcover you love and go from there.

any color can combine with it,even other shades of blue for a more
monotone look,or opt for bright royal colors, causing alot of contrast..pastels mellow it out as well if thats more cool for you..Find a bed cover then pull some colors from it..it will be the main focus in the room.

Blue is a cool color. You could compiment it with green for example.
Or you can use neutrals with it: white, black, and beige.
