Stop telling them. Let them find out later on when you get to know them. Then if they are not comfortable with it they can move on . Telling them is the honest thing to do but not always the right thing to say when trying to find a girlfreind. Just take this into thought with you. Having a foot fethish is fine but do not let it consume your sexual issues. If you spend alot of time with the foot fethish and forget that most do not share your thoughts on this you will loose more than you get. Play with and move on to more important things.

At what point do you tell them this? When you first meet them? After dating them for a month? In casual conversation when everyone else is talking about the weather? To women standing in line at the grocery store?
If you are in an established relationship with a woman, then perhaps you could bring it up in a playful and non-threatening way, and see how she reacts to it. Don't just grab her foot and shove it in your mouth.
If she isn't cool with your talking about it, then drop the subject. If you have any dignity for yourself or her, you'll respect her wishes.

It's probably your timing. Are you telling them when you meet them? On your first or second date? It might be something you'll want to wait to tell her, like when you're more comfortable together and she's less likely to get scared. Some people don't understand what it means to have a foot fetish, or any fetish for that matter... they hear the word fetish and get scared away.

Because any obsession such as a fetish is not normal and a sign something up there isn't quite right whether you like hearing that or not. I want a man who can appreciate all of me not just my feet. It would get extremely boring to have so much attention focused on my feet.

because if you dont it can seem quite funny...and im not mocking you,im just stating a fact. I used to sell designer shoes and i had my share of shoe/foot fetishists ask for details or even photos of shoes or even if i could try them on for them so that they could see what theyd look like on their wife(yeah right, lol) so i am used to the idea, but i still can't help but be amused it seems quite comical when you dont see feet/shoes in the same light as a fetishist, sorry but thats the honest truth

My feet are so sensitive that most times, I can't even scratch them without it tickling me... unbareably!
A lot of women shy away either because their feet are too sensitive (ticklish) or because they think of the feet as the dirtiest part of the body, so it's a disgusting thought to them that anyone would want to kiss or caress their feet.

Because most people think feet are gross!!!! I do understand that a well manicured foot is great! But I don't have a foot fetish. I don't like ugly feet.

You're probably trying to use it to attract women. Chances are, you're announcing your fetish too early and scaring them away. Especially if they don't have that same fetish, it could be terrifying to be with someone who does.
Wait until a relationship matures to the point where you are comfortable with sharing this with her in a mature manner.
