No problem. Take a good book or two to read, something that has nothing to do with people killing each other. Maybe a biography of someone you have always wondered about, some historical person. Concentrate on reading and sleeping, avoid conversation with the dark skinned guy with a beard and checkered hear rag that is sitting next to you, Just relax, you will be fine. If the plane blows, it will only take a couple of minutes, so death will be quick and painless.

I would be more apt to be more scared getting off the plane in the Phillipines and being hit by a Jeepnie Driver then flying over there.
You are safer flying then by any other mode of transportation.

DRUGS

beyond that, I would be more worried about getting mugged in the philippines than the plane crashing. you have better odds of being struck by lightning than dying in a plane crash

Don't be nervous! You have a better chance of getting in a car accident every day that you leave your house to go somewhere then a plane crash!

First, I'm not sure what a "teriost" is? Could it be a terrorist? Sounds like you have issues only Dr. Phil can help you with!

You are far more likely to be killed by a drunk driver on your way to the airport than ever being a victim of an aircraft crash. The odds of being a terror victim are so small that they can't even reliability estimated.

Think about it, with ALL of the security today, think of the odds that the plane your flying on, that day, that aircraft, that airline, would be hijacked.

learn to knit-----or
buy 200 bags of jellybeans and sort them into colours while on the plane give each colour a group name i.e. red=cherryblossoms
then have fun eating them one at a time and savouring the imaginary new flavour------------------or
don't go!!!!!
