How do I get rid of a really commited Internet stalker?

It just occured to me last week when this lady popped up in my Yahoo group that this stalking has been going on for 7 years now.
1. I never met this woman in person.
2. I have not ever even flirted with this person
3. If I use any part of my real name, place of birth, or any other bit of private info she finds me.
4. She will not respond to tell me what I did to deserve this.
5. Her standard procedure is to join any group or message board that I am a part of then take the opposing side to whatever we are discussing, then making it a personal thing. She often joins forces with trolls who most people are trying not to feed.
6. She doesn't send Email anymore but I had to report her to her ISP, my ISP, Yahoo, Google, and any other place I go on the Internet.
7. She always has a webpage or lots of info on her profile, if there is a place for a photo, she has one there so she is not trying to hide who she is.
8. I don't recall having a real argument with this lady before the start

Some other things that I have already done.

Deleted any old Email accounts that had my real personal info on them. I Deleted any Email accounts from back when it started. My current Email is only 6 months old. This one group is just really old and well established so I don't want to delete it. I uuse a different ID there so I don't know for sure if she knows which person I am. No this is not an ex or anyone I have ever met before. I did try to reason with her once to find out why, and she would chat all day long but never answer the question. Believe me I am not Mr. Handsome, and she is certainly no beauty queen. The only possible person it might be is a short time girlfriend from 10 years ago. But that girl was a different age, race, and this lady shows a lot of pictures. I only suspect this short time ex becasue she was brilliant on the PC and spent some time in a mental hospital, for ironically stalking her best friend from high school, another girl. That was 1996 though. :(

Added note- The FBI says they can't get involved because a direct threat has not been made on my life and I haven't lost any money. My only legal recourse is to take her to civil court. I was more wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this and how they are handling.

Been there done that... The only way is to change id's. Though a pain in the butt due to YOU not doing anything wrong and YOU having to be the one who changes.... It is the only answer and the reporting part gets you no where... They laugh it off and we are stuck to deal with these psychos !!

I would have thought if it gets too bad Yahoo would take care of business,if the presumed person is also looking at answers to size up the next victim how would we feel ? personally at the moment it doesn`t bother me,& shouldn`t bother you unless there is more to this than meets the eye, I.E. a former mate?that has decided to take on this way of getting back at you.

Are you for real, maybe you have something she likes. Ask her to send you some naked pictures and see how she respond and if she send you any, tell her she can stalk me.

Change your name, set up a new yahoo, google account ect

Change your screenname; this chick sounds scary. Have you tried telling her to stop it? Is it a possibilty to leave the chats she follows you into?

i got a new computer and changed everything that would give my stalker any clue to who i was. that means completely changing everything.
