no-hot sauce isn't all that good for you anyways. if u want to burn fat, go on a jog or work out 4 60 mins. but dont eat stuff like that to burn fat. the only thing u mite burn if u have a lot of that...will be ur heart. HEART BURN...sucks. =)

You can buy a package of latex gloves in the supermarket in the household products section, by the mops and brooms. Be careful of the items you use when you're handling peppers, too, like the knife you cut them with, and the cutting board, and any surfaces (countertop), bowls or plates. They will carry the oils. Use a paper towel or napkin when you remove the gloves so you don't transfer the oils to your fingers when you remove them. Throw them away, don't reuse them, you'll get the oils all over your hands again.

not really, maybe a little, but it does help to even out the circulation, aids in liver function, lowers blood pressure and gives bland foods a bit of extra flavour, stimulating taste bud and digestion. Proper eating and exercise is still the best way to control weight.
