because it give you a free thinking mind and the chuches don't want you to think freely. They think that if we have free thinking then we would not want to go to chuch and give money to them. So they say that smoking pot is bad so they can keep us brain wash and in their control. with that in mind think of all the things that they say are bad for us but they are not, like sex it is not bad, but some religion say that it is. So I say do what you think is good for you and when you do some thing bad you will know. The bible says a lot of things, but it up to us to understand it and try to live our lives to the good book if you call it that.

i think pot is what the indians smoked in their piece pipes and i think in the bible days stones were throwed at people and that is the stoned you are refering to but who knows they may have smoeh back then too

what you will find is that people who got 'stoned' in the Bible either died or were really terrible people...hmmm...
religions say its bad because its illegal. and theres also the small matter that it will kill you!!
