You mean if someone is blind ? Then they don't see the world the same as a sighted person. But they can hear and feel the world around them. They have just lost the sense of sight. Good Luck ! :)

They can only visualize in their minds eye...their immediate surroundings (things they experience in touch, sound, smell, hear) and translate it as best they can.
