Go buy several cases of Corona, cut lemons(limes) into wedges, insert in beer and enjoy.

All I can say is you should have let them ripen befor pruned. I had a lemon tree, Grapefruit, and
Satsuma tree, but never trimmed until it was time.

Put them in a paperbag. I know this works for tomatoes to ripen them, it may work for lemons too. If you make lemonade with them, add more sugar.

You can accelerate their ripening by putting them in a paper bag with a banana the gases released by the banana will do the rest.

You should juice them and freeze, so you have all winter. You could make into ice cubes and use in citrus smoothies. Yummy.
