Hi all, i broke my leg a few years ago, and had to be in a full body fast for almost 2 months, and i got a little fatter (i use to be really skinny), because i wasn't able to move around or anything. i haven't really lost it yet and i was wondering how i could lose it. i don't eat that much really, 2 fruit at lunch, a few little snacks when i get home, supper and maybe popcorn, and everybody else i know eat way more than i do, and i don't eat meat that much either. and other than that, everyone says that if i work out, i would have a really big pex and arms, because i pretty much already do, is there any exercises i could do to get a bigger pex? thanks in advance!

ps. i'm 120 pounds and about 5 feet 8 inches tall.

You're certainly welcome. What I suggest you do is lift weights, you know, barbells, dumbells, and such. just remember to start out slowly and lightly. But start out with enough to give you a challenge. Also, you might want to get involved with your school's sports programs. So see about joining one of the teams. I hope this helps you. Good Luck.
