Try the Souper Soup Diet at lillieross.com. You can sign up to receive the diet for free & they will also email you diet tips Tu-F each week. This diet really works...I have used it several times; especially when I wanted to lose fast.

Or

Try the Fiber One Diet:
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3xday (breakfast, lunch & dinner)with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day
Note: This diet keeps you very regular (bms)

GOOD LUCK!

First try keeping a food journal for about a week, keep track of everything you eat then you can modify your diet from there. Then you can start a low intensity cardio workout for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week on your off days you can start weight resistance training with small dumb bells around 1 lb to start and resistance bands work too. Here are a couple of websites that can help point you in the right direction and give you some really good tips and they are free.

Also if you can spare $19.98 per month you can try

They have meal plans and exercise plans and forums so you can get support. You can also email me if you need moral support as I am in the same situation. I have 100lbs to lose from a C-section and gestational diabetes.

Good Luck and don't get discouraged 1 and a half to 2 lbs a week is a good loss and you will be more apt to keep it off that way.

Three tips to get started -
1. walk 30 minutes a day, every day. Brisk walking all at the same time too - walking to and from your car into work doesn't count :-)
2. Eat 3 servings of vegetables & 3 servings of fruit every day. Try to make it pure servings - like some steamed broccoli with garlic or a fresh pear - or even a low-sodium V-8.
3. Switch from coffee to green tea and drink as much as you want all day - in fact I would try to just drink green tea and water - and if you're gonna crack drink a diet Coke.

Just doing these 3 things will change your appearance in 2 weeks. At least it did for me. Good luck!

The only answer I have found is the standard, eat less and excercise more. It really does work. Mostly eat less junk food. A low carb, high protein diet is also a good alternative. It used to be know as the "Adkins diet". Lately it's fallen out of favor but I used it to lost 47 pounds in 6 weeks one time.

Did you have to ask... you know the drill: eat less move more. If you want help attend weight watchers and hire a personal trainer. Perhaps read Dr. Phil's weight loss book.

Burn more calories than you take in. 3500 calories in a pound. Reduce your intake by 500 a day and you'll loose a pound a week. More if you increase your exercise.
