Im not sure what the term "agnostic" means but i heard it means one who follows blind faith. The Holy Quran (an unchanged gift from Almighty) explains to us in detail and gives revelations of the past present and future. My faith is strong because i know my religion is the truth, the things written in the Holy Quran cannot be from a person, but from the Lord Himself as they are too amazing. Many scientists have reverted to Islam. People who criticize Islam are usually people who know little about it, or have studied cut outs in an arrogant state of mind. ALLAH swt does not need us, it is us who need him. Some extremely arrogant people have a lock on thier hearts, Astaqfurullah.
If people say that our belief is blind, then why do they believe historians? Why do you believe or dont believe that humans evolved from monkeys or fish? I mean did you see this process? No. In Islam things are explained which show its authenticy, it is up to everyone else whether they wish to believe or not. Just like a historian may show his proof ie excavations, Islam ALWAYS shows its proof. Science cannot prove Islam wrong and has only agreed with it through time. Read up in the Holy Quran and Authentic Hadiths to see revelations and explanations that where given around 1600 years ago which are proving to be correct today. An example i can give just now is that earth quakes will increase, the human embryo is also written about etc. Take care and i pray that you all reserve yourselves a place in heaven, Its YOUR CHOICE.

The doctrines of certain pre-Christian pagan, Jewish, and early Christian sects that valued the revealed knowledge of God and of the origin and end of the human race as a means to attain redemption for the spiritual element in humans and that distinguished the Demiurge from the unknowable Divine Being.
