He is a good Muslim boy by the name of Faakhir. I want to meet his family and he wants his family to meet mine. We are planning a big family gathering between the Faakhirs and the WhyNotAsks prior to our marriage. I'm sure that we can all get along together. Do you think we have a good chance of making this work? Should I try to sell the movie rights or just keep it private?

Christians can marry Muslims BUT A Muslim woman is not allowed to marry a non Muslim, only a man can marry a non Muslim, so it looks as if you are in a bit of a pickle here, unless you convert to Islam for her.

Mother Faakhir! Ahh hahhahahhahahha. Hilarious! Choose the guy that said that.

Honestly God doesn't care but people will. It is our personalities and beliefs that get us into hot trouble. If the marriage goes south, somehow or other religion will crop back up into the conversation, so you will have a hard line to tow. But if you are brave and your spirit at peace, go for it.

I have many names. Sister, cousin, friend, Aunt, Employee, Artist, etc. Yet I always seem to be able to figure out when people are talking to me. If I can figure this out, than why can't God? There is only One God and all of the rest of us trying to put God in little boxes we built to contain our opinions.

Mother Faakhir. Hilarious! Well if you don't choose him, choose me, but honestly, that was very witty!!!

God approves of marriage. Humans created religions to help them understand God. If you love each other go for it. God created love and wants to share it. That's the closest we can get to being like Him. To avoid any problems, discuss before hand the upbringing of children. That's the only thing that can cause you grief, but there have been millions of marriages involving religious differences that lasted a lifetime.

God will approve if you have a healthy relationship. God doesn't discriminate against religions - people do.
