I have been suffering with fibromyalgia for many, many years now. It took me a long time to figure out what was right for me. I know exactly where you are coming from, I have been there. After long talks with my doctor, which by the way is fantastic, we finally figured out what to take and not to take.
First of all, I try to stay away from pain pills as much as possible, but there are some days that they come in handy.
Second, your body is telling you, you need to rest6, I take a nap every afternoon because without it I can't cope.
Third, take plenty of vitamins like:
calcium, magnesium and zink( magnesium is for pain)
high dose of vitamin C
acidolphius- to help build your immune system
anti-depressent- I take efflexor, which has helped a great deal. I was on a bunch of others but this one has helped the most.
get your thyroid check, I did, that was one reason I was so tired all the time.
I wish you luck and a pain free life.

I don't know about that condition, but, I take a B-complex vitamin in the early afternoon when I get tired. It seems to help with energy and it is good for you. Check with your doc first.

Go to an 'alternative' health professional or health food store and ask there. Don't ask your doctor, they receive little or almost no schooling on vitamins/minerals or supplements. When you buy them, take them. They're good for you!
