one you was or are in love with, and wanted to marry, but she was spending so much time with her family and friends ( like disappearing almost every weekend, alway leaving the phone so she say in the car or the battery dead but yet when she is with you she keep the phone right by her, but claiming she always with her family and she now the family don't like you ) but never having time for us, saying things like i am a single mom but yet she make time for family.the other was or is a good friend but knew about the woman you was or is in love with but now she is in love you. but now the woman you wanted to marry all of the sudden want to tell you to get your act together

Sounds like she's seeing someone else. You need to take a break and not settle for someone that seems to not really want the commitment you do. As for the friend make sure she understands that you don't feel that way about her. She may or may not get hurt but you always want to be honest and true. Don't worry about what she wants, you have no obligation to her any further than being a friend and friends are honest with each other. You should never be afraid to talk to a friend. Good luck!
