1) Stop being so desperate. The right person will find out. Also, don't let your wants get in front of your brain. Don't get engaged after only 2 weeks. Take time and really have a healthy relationship.
2) When/if you get engaged, the two of you should decide what time and date works best for both of you. Have you always dreamed of a winter wedding? Has he always dreamed of a destination wedding? This is about you, but it's also about the beauty of the relationship between BOTH OF YOU!
3) Don't get ahead of yourself. Planning your wedding in advance is just going to make you that much more desperate. There's no age or time when you'll get married according to your birthday and time. It's according to your mature, your independence, and the relationships in your life right now.

Don't know if you are a boy or a girl. Physically you are mature enough to get married if you are a girl, as you are already 20. But if you are a boy, I think that the legally permissible age for marriage is 21. I may be wrong here. So please consult an authority. You have mentioned the time of your birth as well. That means you want to know about an auspicious moment for your marriage as well. In that case you have to consult an astrologer. But just in case you are a boy, are you earning and self sufficient before you have contemplated marriage? And in this modern age this question applies to girls as well.

First, you don't HAVE to get married! If you have made it this far without help, why would you want to tie yourself down. Life is such a journey! If you can find someone who likes this trip with you, and is comfortable, marry them. If not, enjoy the freedom of being single!

you should not be in a hurry to get married. do not marry for the sake of marrying. when you meet that person that will be your lifelong partner, you will feel it in your heart and every being of yourself. remember, the time will come when God wants it, not you...good luck
