there's never a good time to say goodbye to your girlfriend or boyfriend. Whether it's because they passed away or you guys just can't be together any more. it's a huge step in life to let go of the person u care about. just be honest but not blunt. no matter how nice you try to break up the other person is still going to be hurt or upset. Just wish them the best in life and walk away.if it's meant to be that u guys could at least be friends then that'll be great if not then maybe in another life time.

you come up to her respectfully, not like goodbye HOE because that is so disrespectful towards women, but you let her know the reasons why you are breaking away and then if she takes is offensively you give her a kind hug like you care and a kiss upon the cheek feeling the emotion

you make it very painless ... you tell her the reasons why your saying goodbye - did she do something that killed the relationship? or are you just wanting out? either way be nice and realize she'll be very hurt.
