I'm 16, and the guy I'm seeing is 22. I know the age of consent in Michigan is 22, but is it different if the guy you're having sex with is in a 'position of authority'? Like a coach?

The age of consent in Michigan is 16. The statute is posted below. It doesn't seem to matter, IMHO, whether he is your coach or not.

That's too big an age difference at your age.
BTW the age of consent in Michigan is 16.

its even WORSE if he's in a position of authority. He could lose his job, go to jail and be on the sexual offender list... that must tell you .. "it's wrong"
