If he's that "shy" to ask you out, especially after you've been friendly enough, then he's either not interested, or more than likely too much of a wimp to mess with, anyway.
It's like when you stop to let someone into busy traffic and they just sit there, you have to put your foot onto the pedal and move on.

1. Change your idea of "I will never ask him out"
2. If you will not, you will see yourself ending up into a good relationship
3. If he is shy........you take his role, role of a man and ask him upfront-after all what you want is relationship with him so it's not important that you wait for him to ask. What if he take longer than you expect and end up with someone else...? Don't take a chance kid.
