I would like to maximise the Growth Hormone release as result of a regular maintenance exercise. Since growth hormone is also released during sleep time, i would like to know if there is any benefit to transfer my cardiovascular exercise from a "after breakfast" morning time to a "before dinner" time.

cardio before breakfast...... not after break fast, to get the best result. remember your body is low in glycogen in the morning as they're being used while your sleeping. when you do your cardio with a low glycogen level, your body dips into your fats to use it as energy to power up your cardio. Eating before cardio will only make your breakfast, as your immediate primary energy, instead of using the fats that you want to eliminate.

As you know growth hormone works at its best in the morning ,our metaloism process is highest so if you exercise in the morning you would see better results. However bcoz your metabolism is sluggish in the after evening hours ,it is advisable to do some cardio for 20 minutes .if you combine with yoga well and good .it is more advisable to do it an hour after your dinner

Cardiovascular exercise after breakfast is better than doing it at night time.

Definitely in the morning as this will get your metabolism up for at least 4 hours after-wards.
