It hurts very bad but she somehow forces me to come like that. She recently did it with high heels on and I blacked out for a few minutes and they turned purple. Im pretty sure she broke veins in my balls cause some blood came out of my member. For some sick reason I want her to let her do it again cause got more aroused thatn she ever has before from doing it. I want to know if she pops my balls, can I get a ball transplant and still be able to come??? she said as long as she doesnt break the little tubes that attatch to them I would be able to. At this point they can take testicle tissue and freeze it.
This is still under trial and used for men with cancer.
Once the cancer treatment has completed the tissue is reintroduced and has been shown to repopulate the testicles with sperm.
As far as a full swap, not yet and would you really want too? Just this month a chinese man was the first ever penis transplant. Although the transplant itself was sucessful he suffered 'severe psychological problem'.
His partner was not happy with the darkened swollen flesh.
I also fear that this fetish may result in you getting testicular cancer. I think it maybe best to simply say "no".

OK, wow. Um, I'm not even going to touch the whole, ew part of this. But I do know that plastic surgeons can do testicular implants. However, they are just plastic to make it look like you have a regular one. I don't know about any "transplants" of a real one.
