I know I am white , I hate it. No, it's not good. It really does raise the temp. internally. A fatus/baby is so fragile , why test waters?

No, you are not supposed to use a tanning bed while pregnant. It warms up your core temperature too much and that can be harmful to the baby.
Also, the spray tan is also harmful (the chemicals can be absorbed into your blood system).
Better to not risk it at this point.

it rather is regularly no longer secure. the main important concern is that it may develop your physique temperature, which will reason issues for the toddler. it is likewise why you're no longer meant to bypass in a warm bath. additionally, because your dermis could be greater well-off for the time of being pregnant, tanning could make you greater carriers to chloasma. I went a pair circumstances earlier I knew i replaced into pregnant and my toddler is arising high quality, yet i does no longer threat it.

Getting too hot during pregnancy has been linked to an increase in birth defects and miscarriage. Many obs reccomend that you dont soak in a hot bath...so mabye the same rule would apply to tanning beds too.

I wouldn't risk it! Not to mention fake tans are so umm fake! Tans do nothing but age the skin, ruin the skin, make people look awful, cause skin cancer, and make you look 70 by the time you're 35. Don't do it!
