I had german shephard but we gave her away because she was too big...so we gave our chihuahua the same toys we gave to the german shephard but she has no interest in them or those squeaky toys. She shows alittle interest in tennis balls but she gets bored after like, a second.

My dogs just LOVE the the rope toys. There jack russles, but very small, so probally around the same size as your chihuahua. Those are about the only toys we can give our dogs because they chew the squeaker toys to shreds.

Another thing is that some dogs dont like to play with toys that much. My lab/mix never liked to play with toys, even when she was a puppy.

Well, I hope this helped. If not, good luck! I bet your chihuahua is soooo cute. Ive always wanted one, but I already have to many dogs. Sorry. That was kind off the subject. C ya. Linzi. :D

The chihuahua wont play with the toys because she smells another dogs scent on them. And she knows its a big dog, and she doesnt want to take the risk of it coming back and hurting her. I have a boxer, and i know what kind of toys dogs like. Squeaky toys are probably dogs favorite. The way i get my dog to play with non-squeaky toys, is to have a catch with my dogs toy with my sister, and my dog wants to join in. You should try it, it works

Ok, there is this toy called a kong, my dog absolutely loves it. They are these wierd shaped rubber things that bounce all over and they have a hole in the middle so try putting in some penut butter to peak her interest.

If it wants to be a butch dog you should give take a dead cat, tie it to a peice of string and drag it around a feild so it chases it. If not, maybe just mixing with other dogs could be good for it.
