Kiss him. Take him by the arms and just tell him that "we have not even kiss and you are supposed to be my boyfriend. I am going to kiss you and you will like it"! Take charge then kiss him.

you need no help dear, althou i dont know what age are you.
One of the fact i liked about my early boyfriend is that we did everything stap by step and each time something will happen you will be so excited
first hotling hands, than kissing cheks, than frenchkissing, then other kissing, than you begin to move yout hands... and then and then and then. But before you move to each step you will have had the best of each.
I like these type of relation ships although they only happen with one partner or so as if you change him maybe you will have already got used to kissing etc.

don't worry about it, the fact that he is also taking it slow shows he respects you. If you want to kiss him go for it, if it's too soon wait. he sounds decent enough to respect that. talk to him about your last relationship and how he's different, even about the kissing thing, he may have similar reasons or just be too shy to make the 1st move. don't do anything because you feel you should, even if you were worried about impressing friends it doesn't matter cause they think you have anyway, so take your time.

How old are you..12 well its ok you still have a ways..but 17 or older..woo tell him a penny for your thoughts (guys will usually go HUH??geez can they spoil the moment)and ill give you a penny (and hand him the penny) for mine..and look at him and he will know your intentions when you do start to lean in to kiss him..

ooh,sweety,,you are at the stage where excitement is all in the build up,,dont worry ,,he is more than likely crapping himself,,so to speak,,let him know you feel attracted to him and see how it goes,,nerves are great,,they stop us doing something stupid but give a great build up to something good about to happen and when it does,,hopefully it is all you wished it would be.dont panic,enjoy the excitement.

Leap on him. Guys can be shy too - and it is pretty hard to get
up the courage to do something where you can be rejected
like this - especially when you're not old and jaded ;)

You guys never say how old you are. If you're 12, that's fine. If you're 35, there's a problem.
