Well colouring your hair will eventually ruin your hair one way or another. The best way to keep it healthy is to use conditioner everytime you wash your hair! Use hair protective serums before and after you dye your hair. I'm sure L'oreal and Garnier have hair serums for dyed hair!

Try asking your pharmacist!

Dying your hair will only damage it if it's done with inferior, store-bought products & by a non-professional. For years, I dye or bleach my hair at least 2-4 times per month & my hair is INCREDIBLY healthy. I cut it & condition it regularly which also helps. Breakage happens for alot of reasons. See a salon for a consultation--It's worth it.

A lot of people complain about having to pay to get their hair done professionally, but those end up being the same people complaining about their damaged hair. There is a price to pay for beautiful, healthy hair. DON'T BE A KITCHEN TECHNICIAN! Good Luck

NOPE....dye is a chemical and so it will cause damage to your hair especially if it's something done on the regular I suggest using a really good shampoo and henna it stops breakage in color treated hair...

if u ve already coloured enough , give it a break , ur hair is breakin so 4 now focus on strengthinin it 4 a while , so that it can withstand the damage of colouring.
coz colourin any how damages, so take xtra care , choose the 1 without ammonia, dont use driers on ur coloured hair, apply a good mid hot oil massage once a week 2 ur hairs , this gives enough moisture & simply go on using the conditioner & shampoo 4 coloured hairs .
hope u ll get it right !

if you ARE gonna do it, then use a pre conditioner but my suggestion really would be to leave your hair for a while. Maybe you should condition your hair with hot oil every so often and then think about dying it.

I would wait a while, say about two to three weeks, before coloring it again. You need to let your hair rest, granted that hair is dead, you don't want to overprocess it. Meanwhile use a protein based conditioner to strengthen your hair.

you shouldnt color your hair..if you are go to a salon and ask them to put stuff in it so that it wont get damaged and avoid using straighteners or surling irons because it increases the damage.
