If you have faith that God could creat man out of dirt, then why would you question His ability to turn someone into a pillar of salt? Do you think there is anything He cannot do? And if so, what limitations do you place on the Lord?

Interrestingly Humans are made out of earth. The second highest concentration of material in the human body is NACL or common table salt. If you could remove all of the water in our bodies we'd essentually be all-minerals.

We are talking about direct contact from the creators of the universe. I think salt was an option.

I don't think even Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm could make up a story this ridiculous. The Fairy Tales found in the Bible contain far too much sex and violence for kids.

That cannot be explained execpt that it is an act of God. Just accept it by faith. Anything can happen. We are on the ground and not floating beacuse of gravity and gravity works because God created the earth.
