When you find the girl you want:
Woo her in word and deed. I mean more that just dating. You have to honor her, just like you honor a Stratavarious Violin, or a Vette.
Let her know she is the only One for you. You may have to tell her that 100 times or so, but by your actions and words she will know you are hers for eternity.
If there are other men wanting her to become attached to them, find a way to make them back off. That enhances the chances of you and her becoming attached.
If you follow these simple rules woo, honor, fidelity, and elimination, you will be attached. Of course if you want to be attached for a piece of tail, you might want to water it down a tad.

Ok I got it! Get some super glue and put it on your hand just before you grab her hand! Then you will be attached? Then you will both end up in the emergency room and have a lot of time to get to know each other! LMFAO What kind of question is this! That was to easy! Hey that would work!!!!!!!
