cardea,it seems a HUEMAN BEING,is spirit,a being of light, made in the image and likeness of GOD. I think literally GOD himself, manifested in form to express his 'vision' of himself. a drop of water is the same as an ocean.

the ruffled human mind is unable to grasp the nature of eternity, infinity in which god has his existence .the nature of god is thus ,existence absolute, knowledge absolute, bliss absolute this covers all in existence .this implies that god doesn't exist as we do ,the lord is of the nature of existence itself we borrow our existence from god without who we wouldn't exist

Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Sure that sounds good to me too. Jesus calls himself the Alpha and Omega. Our language is weak and our minds are finite so now it would be silly to even attempt to try to figure this out. Was he the "first" like created or "first" like always been there. I tend to believe GOD has always existed.

God is existence and only god knows if there was anything before. Some say god is existence being self-aware. Perhaps god was asleep before?

Eternal implies without beginning or end, does it not? But all things are eternal. All matter, spirit, and consciousness have always existed and will always exist, in one form or another.

It says He was. He is the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end. All things came from him and that which He will have will come back to Him in His time.

You're right.
Something has to be the source.
How nice to know the source is an intelligent, loving individual.
