Reach out and take her hand gently. Squeeze it just a touch. Tell her you had a wonderful time and ask if she would like to see you again. Don't get upset if she doesn't. You have your whole life a head of you. A kiss is to personal, a hug is for someone your real comfortable with. A touch of the hand is more like saying I like you lets do it again. Take your time for a 1st kiss sometimes the waiting is the best part of dating. You may just be surprised and she'll say yes. At least she'll feel like your a gentleman. And that's a nice switch for today's young people.

if you are going to be disappointed if she fails to pledge undying love and make love to you on the spot on a first date, you should get real.
a first date for the woman is mainly about establishing that you're not an axe-murderer, and that you are fun company.
i see you're into the whole physical contact thing. That's cos you're male and men are tactile beasts, far more into touch when exploring new things than women are. you should keep physical contact to a minimum.
a peck on the cheek and maybe a hug is standard. and fine. you don't really need to ask. just be confident, like you expect a peck on cheek and hug back as you're doing so.
it's a first date. the main thing you need to concentrate on is establishing a conversational connection. make her laugh. don't be afraid to disagree with her over something. express your own opinions and ideas.
btw most people don't choose to disclose on a first date that they like someone. they just make plans for a second date.

There is no right answer my friend! What I use to do in my single days is go for a hug. If she wants more, she gives you a hint. If she doesn't, you will know. Keep the hug very light and quick. If she wants more of a hug, trust me, you will see by her reaction. Good luck!

You should give her a hug and ask can you call her again. You do not want to scare her by kissing her.
