Tell him that you are crushing on him, and you would like to hang out sometime.
He'll ask you out, not you.
Don't believe the girl first, hang out with him and see what happens.

What is wrong with asking some one if they would like to go out for a beverage. I do not believe that men or women are mind readers. You have to ask the question. And if you are so insecure in doing this then do not approach him, wait until you are more mature and can think and talk for your self
