like.. what signals do they give away? especially a guy who doesnt show much of anything.

he will perhaps treat you differently to others aroung him, for example, staring at you when you're not looking, talking to you more, specially about you and what you're into, he will be interested to know where you are and what you're doing, whether or not you're with anyone. On the other hand he may be shy, but shyness around you can also be a giveaway, just look for exceptional signs that he's different around you than around other people, you will just get that 'gut feeling' that he likes you.

ACTION speaks louder than words.You just have to look for positive signs, or buying signals if he giving you the eyes, chasing you, smile at you, give you compliments, tease you, get to know your friends , hang around you, touch you, borrow your stuff, be really sweet to you, flirt with you etc, would suggest that he does like you. Don't be afraid to ask him out - even if he is shy, if he see's that you aren't and are trying to make the first move - he will feel alot more comfortable.

Guys show their interest in different ways...Some are more forward about how they feel, others are maybe a little more timid and shy...If the guy you are referring to calls you, invites you to events & basically enjoys being around you and spending time with you then that would be a pretty good indication that he is into you...See how things play out and in time you will have more of an idea about how the guy feels about ya...Hope this helps...

The way a guy looks at you and his body language easy way to tell if a guy likes you. Sometimes way he talks to you and depends on how concern he is about your personal life. It allot ways to know if guy likes you but these are ones that bring all home.

If he wants to spend more time with you. I think most guys want to be the one to pursue the girl. So if he calls you frequently or wants to hang around you more often...then I think that is a pretty good sign that he likes you.
