i am LAW graduate from Pune University (india).i want to learn english language .This is very necessagry me to do good work and better prospecus in future. if there are any FINANCIAL Aid , i am interested in learn english.I know russian language.English is very hard language.So i want to lern english in UK/AUST./USA ...or any other country where english speaking country ..

First, did you go to Russia to learn Russian?....If not, why do you need to go to an English speaking country to learn it? Why can't you learn English in India.
Ask a teacher in India if you can join his/her class.
You're in Pune University. There just has to be an English language class there.
