i suggest that you take a look of each painting from either a)a resource online or b) a book from your library.

It really is up to you on how you see the relationships between the two paintings. There is no right or wrong answer, because they are YOUR perceptions of the paintings. They are YOUR opinions. Your reactions will conclude your feelings towards your perceptions and opinion over the paintings.

Could they pick 2 more opposite paintings?! I don't know which painting specifically is Autumn Rhythm but I know Jackson Pollock's work was non-representational, abstract modern pieces made of random paint splotches thrown at & drizzled onto the canvas. Pretty much the opposite of The Last Supper which would be a representational, realistic, symmetrical & structured painting. The styles are opposite!

Do your own homework. You are not going to learn anything unless you do the research and explore the paintings so that you can compare using your own knowledge.

well, im kind of an artist, i entered in an art show and got 2nd and 3rd place 2nd in paper and pen, 3rd in mixed media, but i like all kinds of art. i approve of most art and forms of it, and if you showed me a painting or drawing, I'd most likely approve it
