It could be stress or a lack of the right vitamins and elements needed to support healthy hair growth.
GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it. Be warned these pills are HUGE and you have to take 2 a day.
Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health, and is smaller and easier to swallow.
If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourshair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results

May not be dandruff. It may be a dry scalp which can also make your hair fall out. Do you use a conditioner when you shampoo? Also, check to make sure your shampoo doesnt have a lot of dyes or chemicals because you could be experiencing an allergic reaction. I'm actually researching this right now for myself, I dont have dandruff but my hair loss is way up from normal. A lot of people have suggested it is stress--which is possible for you too. Is your scalp red and irratated?

Also, I like the idea of the person above about cutting your hair short. I think buzz cuts are very sexy and if you do cut your hair very short it will probably make the flakes go away too or at least not stick in your hair.

Firstly, dandruff is treatable. In UK, there is a shampoo called Nizoral. It is the only one that actually works in my experience.

Secondly, thinning hair. If this is genetic, there is not much you can do about it, sad to tell you. But you can make the best of it with good grooming and styling. Look around you...loads of men are bald on top. It's very normal, and I actually find it quite attractive! Is your Dad or any other male family memeber balding? If so, then it's possible you will too. Don't despair.....consider having your hair cropped to a number 2...it makes it less obvious and is very fashionable.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMKLe While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

FOR HAIRS -:f you're making use of a straightening iron to straighten your hair, use it with care, and use it sparingly. that is totally unfavorable if used regularly. Blow-drying Hair straight away - constantly use a protective product while styling your hair straight away. sturdy equipment are necessary - use a blow-dryer with a stable air bypass, no longer purely a very heat one. If blow-drying hair straight away regularly, use a scientific care, weekly, to evade your hair from drying out and frazzled ends. Having your hair colored and making use of a straightener would desire to bring about injury on your hair. that is no longer that the two of those are risky or unfavorable by making use of themselves, yet while they are mixed, they are in a position to be purely too lots to your unfavorable previous hair to handle. try booking a consultation with a straightening professional and getting an opinion on whether a straightener would paintings with what's already on your hair. a expert hairdresser will regularly take what's termed a "try strand" (in fact a clipping of your hair) and pa it in to a bowl with the chemical straightener to evaluate its ability to proceed to be in sturdy concern. If the end result's which you're able to no longer try this on your hair please take this recommendation

While some hair fall daily is natural, stress, hairstyle products and lack of nutrition can cause excessive hair fall as listed at http://tinyurl.com/kshvn . By changing your lifestyle and using herbal remedies, you can reduce hair loss. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/py7z4 .
