hydrogen is termed explosive if let into the atmosphere, in what way it reacts, at what temperature at which composition , is it safe to operate as a protective atmosphere in heat treatment furnaces?
at what pressure and temperature can we operate it with safety?

Bazz has good technical explanation.

The "explosion" is the sudden release of confined energy. Hyrogen releases energy as it combines with oxygen. An "explosion" occurs when this starts in a confined space, and the energy can no longer be contained by the confinement vessel.

The LEL and UEL deal with the ratio of hydrogen to oxygen. To much oxygen, the energy released by the hydrogen-oxygen combination is absorbed by the nearby oxygen, and other inert gasses. To much hydrogen, and and the oxygen is exhausted too quicly, and the heat is absorbed by the other gasses present.

(UEL and LEL typically refer to gas-air mixture--air being typically 80% nitrogen)

UEL and LEL also assume the gases do not spontaneously react upon contact. It is "safe" to store between UEL and LEL if precautions are taken to make sure no ignition spark can occur.

If it's not confined, there is no real explosion, just a fire.

Look at the historic newsreel footage. Did the Hindenburg explode, or did it burn?

Hydrogen is classified as a "GREEN" gas. When released to the atmosphere it does not cause any environmental problems.
For hydrogen to explode, there needs to be a concentration of air/hydrogen between the LEL (Lower explosion level) and the UEL (upper explosion level).
Hydrogen is used for cooling in large alternators instead of air as it is less dense and adsorbes heat easily.
WIth regards to operating in pressure/temperature there is no probs provided theair/hydrogen concentration is not between the LEL and UEL.

hydrogen atoms are so reactive that they cannot exist as single atom.hydrogen forms an explosive mixture with oxygen and when lit causes explosion that is why its used in space rockets.its doesnt cause harm to atomsphere as its a odourless and colourless gas and is a neutral gas witch have no effect over ph strip

I hear the voice of a spirit that announces to be God™. even however i don't understand what i became into reading, He does. He say's that He created all existence in the international, and could show how He did it later.
