I know its normal for men to turn their heads literally when driving a car and seeing a beautiful women, but he turns his head on old ladies and basically any form of a women. He even does it when his wife is in the car. Is he just unfaithful and disrespectful? Or what?

Note, he ONLY looks at women, occasionally the glance at a guy would occur. He doesn't look at dogs, or cats

He's being very disrespectful to your mother if he does it when she's in the car. Unfortunately he is male and he cant help himself they all do it. Just look around at any other man on the street and they'll be staring at someone. I suppose its human nature but at least when women do it its subtle. You cant stop your father but maybe have a chat to him and tell him not to be so obvious around your mother as it hurts your feelings.

He's probably just a people watcher in general. I do think it's disrespectful when a man is with his wife and stares down a good looking woman, but the fact that he's looking at old ladies too sounds like he just likes to look. Pay more attention and you'll probably find he looks at more than just women. Probably looks at dogs, cats, men, chipmunks etc too.

Disrespectful....but I am sure your mother peeps out good looking men all the time (she just doesn't get caught)
As to unfaithful...looking at women (of any type and your father's idea of beautiful may be different then yours) does not mean he's cheating

It's called sexual addiction, he will probably cross the street to walk close to a pretty woman, any woman. Read a book titled "Out of the Shadows". It will explain it. He is being disrespectful to you and your kids.

Well yes he's being disrespectful. He has issues that haven't anything to do with you or her. You might try saying something to him the next time you witness his actions. Either he will become embarassed and stop or he will just ignore you. Let your mom deal with it.
