go to church if not why and if do you like it? -i don't!

I use to, I even use to call myself christian. But after years experiencing the brainwashing I left the church. It wasnt bad perse, but it did really suck you in and keep you there. I realised just how well its set up to manipulate innocent people who desperatly need to belong to something and feel good about themselves..but its really silly in all honesty and I have enough faith in myself to feel complete and happy witout relying on a farce to distract me from living my life.

If you are young you need to go to a church with an active youth group. Going to church is to be only positive and if you don not like it something is wrong.

Nobody is forcing to go to ;the ;church were you belong. anyway you can pray inside your house if you like it too. the reason why you go to the church to pray is to ; know your co-members of such church for for gatherings bertween co members so that you know each other.God said when you prayt closed the door of byour room and after closing everything pray to the father alone secretly so that your father will hear your prayers

I'm With you Mandy, I found it boring and repetitious. Too many judgmental people for my taste. Jesus told us that the kingdom of God was within us, not in a building called a church or on some far off cloud called heaven.

when I was young mother forced me to go to Church because She was rearing me in the ways of the Culture and Society in which we live. when I was old enough to make my own decisions I didn't go because I had to make a living. now I attend if I desire as I'm exercising my free will to do or not do this act.

I do and I love it. I find it very up lifting prausing God and listening the the pastors message even if it is about evil and hell I hope I will not have to face that have a good day

i actually do not go to church. i attend a catholic school and we are lectured on religion anyhow.
