How do I rid my computer of a previous ISP that won't go away? namely Localnet express 2.0?

I have deleted localnet via the add & remove program, yet a lot of files, directories, folders still remain causing conflicts with my Yahoo service. At times localnet appears instead of Yahoo whenever I log into Internet Exployer. Got any suggestions? I would appreciate them greaty. Thx, sals70

1) Start--> Control Panel,
Choose Network Connections.

If it is a dialup service, you'd get an icon there representing the localnet. Right click and delete.

2) Delete the localnet from internet dialup.
Open internet explorer
Tools --> Internet options
Choose Connections.
Look in the list for Localnet.
And remove it.

3) Check your homepage is not set to localnet website
Open internet explorer
Tools --> Internet options
See the box to the right of "Address"
Change to www.yahoo.com or any other website
