My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

The effective way to lose weight is better than the quickest way. The best way is to have the energy input in your body less than the output. This is a very successful way but it requires changes in the lifestyle. For example, instead of drinking soda, drink fresh juice, and instead of having a donut, have an apple. In addition, schedule 1 or 2 hours of regular excercise 4 times a week. These changes if done consistently and integrated into your life, you'll keep yourself in a healthy weight and happy spirit.

There is no quick way. If you want a quick answer as to why people are overweight have a look at newsreel film of prisoners of war being freed from concentration camps. I'm sure the penny will soon drop that one thing these poor unfortunate people didn't do, was over eat!

Quickest way would be to go on a liquid diet. However it's not the safest way and probably not even a long term solution. The best way is not the quickest way, which would be consume less calories and work out more.

I have anorexia.... Yes I do coz everytime I look in the mirror I see a fat person looking at me. Seriously, the best way to lose weight is to be comfortable with yourself. You will achieve the weight your body is meant to be and feel happier in yourself. Who made the rule that everyone should be thin?

exercise and diet. Lift weights, the muscle you build eats fat stored even while youre idle. Eat decent. Have a routine for your food. eat the same stuff at the same time til you get sick of those foods. Obviously make sure they are good for you and something you like so as youll continue to eat them. walk.

The quickest way to lose weight is a starvation or crash diet. Do nothing until you have consulted your doctor.
