i went to this curch were this father prays for people and touch tere heads and said shacka lakaba or something like this people fall or cry is that bad i s that the devil thats wat my mom says and im puerto rican not muslim

Try a search on "slain in the spirit" and "speaking in tongues" that might explain what is going on. As far as your question you write it with out a neither option which I suspect should be the correct answer.
Whether it makes any sense to you after doing some research that is a different problem. I think it is going to boil down to, are you a believer or not, that will require time and effort if your are going to think about the subject rather than accept or just react.

Laying on of hands creates a spiritual energy, and can make
people happy or cry. I don't think this church is bad. You never know. Some spiritual people use their ability to use people. Don't judge till you get to know them better.

some Church services are this way. however, feel some of the time this is just a " show " for the congregation not of any real religious significance. some ministers seem to feel one goes to Church to be entertained not enlightened. when I see these types of services I never go back for in my personal opinion this is not what religion is or should be all about.

i believe in healers ,but i feel when done in public ,in a church, it is merely a "SHOW" i beleive the healing spirit and love of "god "comes through when the healer and the person needing the healing truly are accepting of it .
i think in some ways it is in very very poor taste and also as i said to convert people by wowing them .
i dont beleive it is the devil [but then i dont beleive in a devil ,,,sure dark people and sad souls but not a literally devil .
but i frankly would not go to any church ,or place that displays these sort of supposedly Godly acts .....go within and find god for he is as surely in a field as he is in some church ...............

Tell your mom to read more the bible and learn about the Holy Spirit........The pastor was praying in tongues. That is a gift from God to real believers. Tell your mom she needs to be saved.
