In the eyes of man it would seem not. But in the eyes of God it is disobeying the commandment which states thou shalt not kill.

If you read some of your responses to your question, you may consider it a crime that they are allowed to voice an opinion! But, in this country we have to entertain the right of free speech. If you are concerned about how the law looks at this issue, well, don't be. Lawmakers do not have God's spirit. However, it you are concerned with God's view, it would be wise to examine Psalm 139:16 -Â "Your eyes saw even the embryo of me,
And in your book all its parts were down in writing,
As regards the days when they were formed
And there was not yet one among them".
Could you really justify removing an embryo or fetus after God has already made an accounting of that life?

It is no longer considered a civil crime in our materialistic, ungodly country. But it is still and will always be a capital crime against the ultimate law, the law of God. The blood of so many innocent children spilled for the convenience of their parents cries out to God for vengeance, and His wrath will surely come. Only by zealots.
It's more of a crime to bring a child into a 70+ year long life without being able to parent it properly.

In some countries, yes. In most countries, no. Wikipedia has an excellent article with a map showing which countries are which.

nope. let the mother chose what is best for her and her child.
if a mother wants to abort the child, she probably has a good reason to do so.
Your God didn't say we could force life onto others.

Absolutely not by reasonable rational peoples and countries. Yes for religious zealots and fanatics who aspire to rule your life with their nay saying misery.
