yes it's normal to have some concerns, even if it's something you really want. it's a huge step and will change your lives.
try and compare it to pre wedding nerves (i know it's rather different but hear me out) - people want to get married and even though they know it's what they want taking that step is still scary.

Yeah Of course it is. It's a huge thing your doing. I was petrified
although It was what I wanted, I Knew my life was about to change as was all the responsibility that goes with it.
Make sure you both share this responsibility, and you'll both cope fine. All relationships must be worked at, you'll have your ups and downs, but if you love each other you'll get by.
ALL THE BEST AND GOOD LUCK

What took you so long. Before moving in with someone is not the right time. Freaking out is never good. How about just talking things out.

yes, because this is a big step to take and a lot of responsibility that goes along with it but if you two trust and support each other then the transition should be fine

Yeah, commitment phobia is common. It seems to trigger a psychological panic button which makes you think you are trapped, and are relinquishing some freedom, but if you love her relax and focus on your time together.

Yes, I think it's normal. It is pretty normal to get scared and excited at the same time. And the way to go about it is to be more excited than scared. =)
