That would be a mighty long list! There are more than 2000 microbreweries in the US. The micro market has been the only part of the brewing industry to grow in recent times.
Now, which ones are quality and make something you would want to drink? I would recommend a website that has lots of reviews. Perhaps www.ratebeer.com would suit your needs?
