I would actually have two of them. One by the late great Martin Luther King: "I have a dream." And the other by the late great JFK: "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." And, if I had to really choose between the two, then I would choose MLK. I am a white male, But have always thought blacks used to get the short end of the stick. I believe in equality for all of mankind! Rosa Parks was another beautiful person, with what she did on that bus. She stood her ground that day, refused to give up her seat on the bus. I say HOORAY for her! She passed away recently, but I had great respect for this woman. I had always wanted to meet her, but never got the chance. She was the mother of the civil rights movement.

Difficult to pin-down just one. 'I see no ships', 'The Titanic is unsinkable', 'This will be a 1000 year Reich'.....
So many sound-bites where many were the start of great things, and so many others were famous last words.
An interesting question, well done, I shall have to give the subject some more thought.

Maybe "Not in the face! Not in the face!".
Or "Don't point that thing at me!"
If, by 'famous', you mean the most said / heard, then I choose "Don't worry, I'll pull out."
I was thinking of the immortal words of Socrates, when he said, "I drank what?"
