With clothes, you might need some heat to melt or just wash with a stain remover. However, with the furniture, I find the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works wonders. Even on walls and tables! But be sure to watch out for finished surfaces that may be dulled. Otherwise, it's worth a shot!

There is a product that you can find in most hardware stores and some general merchandise stores called "Goo-Gone". It is a citrus based liquid that will not stain. It works very good on crayon marks but it also will help remove adhesive labels and other marks off all kinds of things.
I have used it for years working on computers to take off labels and scuff marks from the cases. It works on the most stubborn of labels even license number ones.
Put a drop on a cloth and rub the crayon mark gently after removing any excess wax from the crayon. For labels, just soak the lable with the goo-gone and let sit for a minute or two and then just lift off the label. For more stubborn labels , lift the edge if you can then put just a drop under the edge, peel the label and continue to put a drop under the peeled edge as you continue to lift the label.
Good luck.

Difficult, but not impossible.
Crayon is mainly grease/oil, draw the crayon out of the furniture using Brown Paper, press on the crayon & Iron over with a med. setting. Finish with a spray of stain-busting upholstery cleaner.
Clothes R easier 2 sort out with the right washing tabs/powder.

He's not stubborn he's bord :) Take him out more to relive his energy and allow him go to the toilet. Get him into a routine. Play with him lots. If you catch him chewing something, don't yell at him just hand him a toy to chew on instead. That's how you train pups what they are and aren't allowed to chew on. He will soon learn. Make sure he knows you are the leader of the pack. You wont achieve this by yelling at him or startling him with loud noises when he does wrong. Praise him more for doing the right thing and less for telling off for doing the wrong thing - you'll soon find he wants to please you :) Simple dominance tricks will help as well. Such as make him sit and wait while you put his food down don't let him touch it until you say so. Greet other people when you come home be for you greet him (difficult I know). Now im not sure about this next part but it worked with one of my dogs so might be worth a try. If he does the toilet inside take him to it and show him it whilst in a clear firm tone saying a associated word such as 'pee' or 'poop' then put him outside. Even if you see him doing it still act the same. Don't get angry with him cause then he wont attention to what your saying. Keep repeating the proses slowly he should associate the word with the act. Then you should be able to put him outside and say the word and he will go relive himself :D ...it's really very handy if your going on a long car journey! A loved dog who knows his place is a happy good dog :)

Crayon on Upholstery
To get crayon marks off upholstery, first scrape excess crayon off with a dull-edge knife or metal spoon. Spray with WD-40 and let stand a few minutes. With a small, stiff bristle brush work crayon stain and wipe with paper towels. Respray with WD-40 and apply liquid dishwashing detergent on the sprayed area; work in with the brush and wipe stain away with a damp sponge. If stain remains, repeat the procedure.

You can buy farbric cleaner that is designed for it. Hot water soaking and washing worked for my clothes.
If it is safe, the artist him/herself should be doing the scrubbing.
