It keeps on coming up with 'game.exe. has encountered a problem and needs to close'
Does anyone know of any patches to help with this problem?

You may not need a patch -
That game is relatively old so try running it on an older system:
• Right-hand click on the game icon
• Select properties
• Select compatability
• Change the running system to something like windows 2000
This may work... not sure...

Theme Park Inc requires more DOS than is in WinXP (which I assume from your previous answer to the above) is what you have. The only way to over come this is to install DOS 6.2 . However, in doing so you'll make your computer more vunerable to more viruses.
Personally I wouldn't recommend doing it.
