If you ant to bring her into the UK as your Fiancee, then you must get the correct entry clearance (Fiancee Visa) and get married to her within 6 months of coming to the UK. Or even better, if you marry her in her country of origin, then yes, she will have the right to live with you in the UK as long as your allowed.
If you have any more queries, contact the Home office or seek legal advice.
Don't worry, she will be allowed to enter the UK

I suggest you ignore the unhelpful and hostile answers posted by xenophobes.
Although I am not a lawyer, I think your fiancee will have to apply for a visa if she wants to stay for more than six months. The situation *may* be different if you are married before you enter the country, but that is only my, barely informed, opinion. I would advise you to contact one of the help groups, such as http://www.hsmp.co.uk. Google for HSMP shows a variety of resources you may want to use.
Good luck

If he changed into already stuck the following before, that really hurts his probabilities of having a visa on time, inspite of the lengthy lines. He may be ineligable for one for 3 years. I desire more advantageous illegals ought to imagine about that before crossing.

Is difficult... You can possibly bring her as your visitor, but she will be allowed to stay for a maximum of 6 months.... The immigration rules are quite strict... Why don't you have a look at the Home Office Website?? The permission will be granted to certain countries! If she is from a country in war you will have problems obtaining a permission.

Please be aware that she will not be allowed to work or claim benefits!
If you love her.. .marry her... That's the only way you can bring her to stay with you in the UK.
Ignore the racist people around here!!
Good luck
