If you have an athletic body, and still have a protruding belly, it means that your abdomen muscles require toning. Fruit juice will not help you in that
Reduce your calorie intake only if you want to reduce your weight. Even in this case, do not skip dinner or any other meal, but take light meals.
The actual benefit of fruit juice is in the vitamins and minerals that they contain. Also it is a refreshing drink, specially in summers. But in no case can it be a substitute for a meal. And fresh fruit is always better that fruit juice for a healthy person.. so what you can do is to take 2-3 small fruits for lunch. If you want to take fruit juice as part of your diet you should take any seasonal fruit juice in the morning .

If losing weight is your primary objective, then go for whole fruits; since juices are high in sugar content and devoid of fibre which has lot of beneficial effects like keeping blood glucose, cholesterol under control and help in bowel movements. My personal experience points to banana stem juice in the morning in empty stomach daily as a good tool for weight loss. But remember that effective weight loss can be achieved by compensating for what you eat through workout. Determine your daily calorie requirement based on your activity level and make sure that you spend calories more than what you gain in your dieteary intake. Dont forget to drink atleast 8 glasses of water per day. You need to include weight training in your workout to get rid of the belly.

None. Fruit juices are high in sugar. Water should be your beverage of choice. Green tea is high in antioxidants and is a good alternate choice.
Skipping a meal is a counterproductive weight loss strategy because it has the opposite effect. Your metabolism slows to conserve energy and you burn fewer calories. A better approach is to eat up to six SMALL meals a day. If one of those is juice, make it vegetable juice.

Fruit juices have very low glycemic index ,which means they turn right into sugar once in your body.
you are better off eating fruit, lots of fiber, and your body has to work to get the sugar out, plus they are more filling.
If you must have a juice have a V8 or vegetable juice

It would have to be 100 % unsweetend juice to be truly good for you. You can find them in health food stores but be warned it is not like regular fruit juice. It can be bitter and sour depending on the kind of juice. Takes awhile to adapt your taste to it. However in regular juice you are dealing with mass quantities of High fructose corn syrup which has severe health related repercussions and tons of calories. Stick with the unsweetened if you can take it.. I water mine down a bit or use mineral water with it.. Good luck!

Nice to know about your athletic body :).
Well, I think lime juice would be the best. Any other juice is also fine, but try to have fresh fruit juice and not the ones that you get in market. They have lots of chemicals/preservatives (although they claim to be fresh).

It is good to drink pappaya juice in the morning in empty stomach. The quantity is one beer mug full prepared from half the fruit. Better to repeat half an hour before bed time in the night.
