Yes, FM-200 is one of the replacement alternative agents for Halon gas. I am assuming the "Solar Centaur" is a marine vessel. CO2, FM-200, FE-36, FE-25, FE-227, can all be an acceptable alternative depending on the size of your engine compartment.

Plus, HALON is still available for recharging from the various "halon banks" that reclaim, refill, and recertify halon storage tanks. (It's just not manufactured anymore.)

Do it. In the US I think it's Seafire who have FM200 systems?
